Tickets for events at PERFORMING
ARTS & CONVENTION CENTER may be purchased in person, by
phone or on-line.
In Person:
Tickets may be purchased at The PERFORMING ARTS &
CONVENTION CENTER BOX OFFICE. Normal Box Office hours
are 10:00am until 6:00pm Monday thru Saturday and from 11:00am
until 3:00pm on Sunday. On The Day of A Performance, the Theatre
box office will be open through the scheduled show time based
upon ticket availability. For directions to The PERFORMING
ARTS & CONVENTION CENTER box office, go to Parking
and Directions, or call the box office at (805) 486-2424
.
The box office accepts cash, Visa and Mastercard. Checks
are accepted (with valid and appropriate I.D. only) up to
one week prior to the show. Please remember to check your
tickets before leaving the window as all sales are final--tickets
cannot be refunded or exchanged.
A $2.00 per ticket processing fee for credit cards purchases
is charged at The P.A.C.C. Box office. A restoration fee of
$1 on any ticket priced $15.00 or more will apply to all sales.
No other fees apply when purchasing tickets in person at the
box office.
By Phone:
Charge by phone orders can be made by calling the P.A.C.C. box
office at (805) 486-2424 (A $2.00 per ticket processing fee
for credit cards purchases is charged plus a restoration fee
of $0.50 on any ticket priced up to $14.99 or $1 on any ticket
priced $15.00 or more for P.A.C.C. orders-mailing fees are included).
Online:
Online orders can be made through PACC website. On the Special
Events page, Go to The "Buy Tickets" menu for
the event you wish to purchase tickets and select, Etix
or
other appropriate tab and follow the directions.
Tickets purchased on line are subject to service charge.
When ordering on-line, be sure to get your confirmation number
and print out a copy of your order or ticket voucher.
